Service Description

This complimentary one-hour mentoring session is available after completing your FREE 30-Minute Introductory Session. It is offered once per client and provides personalised, one-to-one support to help you build confidence using your own devices and technology. Together we'll focus on the technology that matters most to you, building your digital confidence at a pace that suits your needs. Whether you'd like help with your smartphone, tablet or computer, staying safer online, organising photos, using email, making video calls or accessing online services, each session is tailored to your individual goals. You'll also receive guidance on trusted Be Connected learning resources and practical tips to continue building your skills between sessions.
