Follow-Up Mentoring Session (1 hour)

Service Description

This session is available after you've completed your complimentary 30-minute Introductory Session. During your one-hour mentoring session, we'll continue working through your personalised learning plan at a pace that suits you. Whether you want to become more confident using your smartphone, tablet or computer, stay safer online, use email, make video calls, organise photos, access online services or learn something new, your session is tailored to your individual needs. Each session builds on what you've already learned, helping you gain confidence step by step with patient, practical support. You'll also receive guidance on useful Be Connected learning resources and practical tips to continue building your digital skills between sessions.
